Butterfly represents the never-ending cycle of life; therefore, its medicine bestows not only the ability, but the clarity of mind needed before self-transformation.

Paintings on silk are made with water-based paints, such as watercolor, tempera or acrylic. The style is light and airy, with a lot of traced small details, which is achieved with the help of a "dry" brush in combination with a blurred background which is technically depicted in the first place, then following the detailing.
